I utilized flowcharts to effectively communicate the strategy for fully realized capabilities of the ES-Control product phase by phase

To improve the interface, I led a team whiteboard session to address the root issue: supporting evaluations that build confidence in power system investment decisions.

I outlined core requirements for ES-Control to align the team.

With an organized content setup structure, I enabled researchers to define deep-learning algorithms and engineers to explore supporting frameworks.

Design solutions

My favorite part of product design is brainstorming right after uncovering the root cause of a problem. My design teammates and I time-boxed to focus time on brainstorming and discussing approaches to tackle the issue.

Transparency in iterations

I set up weekly check-ins for the design team to gather feedback on in-progress work with rest of the team, building trust and minimizing surprises during presentations and hand-offs.

I annotated key frames in Figma to align with engineers and bring our envisioned product experience to life.
